Where is my data stored?
In the European Union by default (Frankfurt). EUCLM is GDPR-native and we are working towards ISO 27001 certification. You can export your data at any time.
Are the e-signatures legally valid?
Yes. We offer simple electronic signatures (SES) compliant with the eIDAS regulation. Advanced electronic signatures (AES) via a qualified provider are planned on the roadmap.
Can I migrate the contracts I already have?
Yes. Upload your existing contracts and EUCLM will extract the key data. Onboarding is usually completed within days.
